Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By using BlueHumanizer, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.

2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

This Agreement takes effect on the date you first use the BlueHumanizer application.

3. Usage and Account Types

BlueHumanizer provides services that allow users to humanize AI-generated content. An account is required to use the service. The following usage limits apply based on account type:

  • Free registered users: a limited monthly word allowance as determined by BlueHumanizer.
  • Starter plan users: an increased monthly word allowance, available through subscription.
  • Pro plan users: an extended monthly word allowance, available through subscription.
  • Max plan users: the highest monthly word allowance and additional features, available through subscription.

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Max) require a recurring subscription fee, billed monthly or annually, which provides increased usage limits based on the selected plan tier. These subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable once processed, regardless of usage or cancellation timing within the billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, without deleting your account, from the account menu > Manage subscription. Cancellation stops automatic renewal: you will retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period, after which the subscription will not renew and no further charges will be made. Your account and data remain intact unless you separately choose to delete your account.

5. Account Deletion and Termination of Service

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us through our contact page. Deleting your account will permanently remove all personal information from our servers and will immediately terminate any active subscription.

BlueHumanizer reserves the right to terminate or limit service for any account at its discretion if unauthorized or abusive use is detected.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

BlueHumanizer does not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of performance, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

BlueHumanizer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services. In the event of liability, our maximum obligation shall be limited to the amount you paid for our services, if applicable.

7. User-Generated Content

Users are solely responsible for any content generated or modified using BlueHumanizer. We are not responsible for the content or for any outcomes resulting from its use.

8. Modifications to Pricing

BlueHumanizer reserves the right to modify pricing as services expand. Existing users will be notified of any price changes and have the opportunity to cancel their subscriptions before the new rates apply.

9. General Terms

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and BlueHumanizer as a result of these Terms. You agree not to present yourself as a representative or agent of BlueHumanizer.
